BUECHE SUCCEEDS TURNER AS PRESIDENT AND CEO AT IMC FERTILIZER GROUP, INC.
NORTHBROOK, Ill., Feb. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of IMC Fertilizer Group, Inc. (NYSE: IFL) announced today that for family and personal reasons, Billie B. Turner, 62, is leaving his positions as president and chief executive officer of the company effective immediately. Mr. Turner will retain his positions as chairman of the board and member of the executive committee. Wendell F. Bueche, 62, was elected president and chief executive officer. Mr. Bueche has been a director of IMC Fertilizer Group, Inc., since July 1991, and is a director of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation; M & I Marshall & Ilsley Bank; WICOR, Inc.; Wisconsin Gas Company; and executive association, American Industrial Partners, L.P.
