BSI Financial Services forms alliance with Standard Trust Deed.
Irving, Texas-based BSI Financial Services, a provider of mortgage subservicing, default solutions, loan quality control and business process outsourcing services, has established a strategic alliance with Concord, California-based Standard Trust Deed, a privately held foreclosure processing company to offer foreclosure processing services.
The new services will be offered through a wholly owned BSI subsidiary called Entra Default Solutions LLC, supported by the Standard Trust Deed arrangement.
"This new business organization features an automated platform that eliminates delays which ordinarily occur in manual foreclosure processing," said Gagan Sharma, president and chief executive officer of BSI Financial. "Our knowledge of the client's portfolio, combined with Standard's expertise in foreclosure processing, ensures that these business interests will be protected and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations."
The alliance results in a "personalized solution that conforms to each individual client workflow and management style," said Sharma, who added that the service is "priced to reflect our efficiency and the size and capacity of our processing partner, Standard Trust Deed."
"We enthusiastically embrace this alliance--not only for the opportunity it presents, but because there is such a good cultural fit between our companies," said Scott Myers, president and chief executive officer of Standard Trust Deed. "We share a commitment to service performance, reliability and personalized service. In addition, we integrate well at an operational level ...," he added.
"Delinquencies and foreclosures have never been as widespread as they are now, presenting an overwhelming challenge for the servicing industry to streamline its processes. Servicers must have the ability to use all the options at their disposal to realize the most productive outcome for all parties involved," said Sharma.
