THE Old Forge Art Gallery in Main Street, Stretton-Under-Fosse, near Rugby, is closing its doors for good this month. Local artists Terry Hartshorn and Malcolm Parnell have found there is not enough support from artists or the public to keep it going. However, they are organising an exhibition at the Malt Kiln Farm Shop in the village from March 20-28 and are looking for artists keen to exhibit. Call 01788 832240 for further details.

THE Nuneaton Festival of Arts exhibition changes from photography to general art from both adults and children from today. All the works on show have been created by local residents and many are for sale.

AN art fair, organised by Emma O'Brien from the Lock Gallery, takes place at Coventry Canal Basin on Sunday, from 11am. It offers a chance to buy unique pieces by local artists and makers.

THE latest in a series of free, short talks takes place at 1pm today at Leamington Art Gallery and Museum on the fascinating history of the Beauchamp Chapel in St Mary's Church in Warwick. The chapel has been called one of the masterpieces of medieval art and the talk, by Jeff Watkins, will be illustrated with images from the collections of the Leamington gallery and elsewhere.
