 BRUNSWICK FORMS PARTNERSHIP WITH TRACKER MARINE CORP.
 SKOKIE, Ill., April 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Tracker Marine Corp. (TMC) and


Brunswick Corp. (NYSE: BC) announced today the signing of an agreement to form a partnership, Tracker Marine, L.P., for the manufacture and marketing of boats, motors, trailers and accessories.
 Under the agreement, corporate affiliates of John L. Morris will serve as general partner and majority owner of the partnership. Brunswick will own a significant minority i nterest. Morris will serve as chairman, and Sylvan "Ham" Hamberger as president and CEO of the partnership.
 In addition, the companies signed certain agreements providing for, among other things, the supply of various Brunswick products on Tracker boats, including the supply of engines beginning in July 1993.
 Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
 Commenting on the agreements, Morris said, "We are proud to have renewed our association with the largest marine manufacturer in the world, and believe that the strength of this partnership will serve us and our dealers well in the years ahead."
 Brunswick Chairman, President and CEO, Jack F. Reichert, said, "We are excited about the opportunity to re-establish the valued relationship we previously enjoyed with the Tracker organization. It is a reflection of the quality of our product, its brand recognition and the systems we have put in place to support all of our dealers."
 TMC is headquartered in Springfield, Mo., and sells its boats through over 230 marine dealers throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and through Bass Pro Shops, the world's largest sporting goods store.
 Headquartered in Skokie, Brunswick Corp. is a multinational company with leadership positions in marine power, boats, recreation and selected defense/industrial markets. Its stock is traded on the New York, London, Tokyo, Midwest and Pacific Stock Exchanges.
