 BRUCE MOORE NAMED DIRECTOR, HUNTSVILLE OPERATIONS, FOR PARAMAX
 HUNTSVILLE, Ala., June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Paramax Systems Corporation announced today that Bruce R. Moore has been named director of its Systems Development operations in Huntsville, Ala. Paramax, formerly Unisys Defense Systems, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS).
 As director, Moore will be responsible for all operations at the facility. The Huntsville facility, which employs about 600 people, is primarily involved in the manufacture and support of defense electronic systems, including Aegis, Mk-92, Harpoon gun and missile fire control systems, infantry and armor live-fire marksmanship ranges and computer-based hypertext systems and software. The facility is also responsible for providing and managing various engineering support operations in Huntsville and throughout the United States.
 Before being named to this position, Moore served as plant manager of Paramax's Waterbury and Bloomfield, Conn., facilities. Prior to that, Moore had been manager of Quality Operations at Waterbury. He also served as manager of Manufacturing Quality Assurance at the Unisys facility in Tredyffrin, Pa. During his career, he has held management positions with Data General Corporation and Raytheon Corporation's Missile Systems Division.
 Moore received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University in Massachusetts and a master's degree in computer engineering from Lowell University in Massachusetts.
