BROWN-FORMAN DECLARES INCREASED QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND

 LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Brown-Forman (NYSE: BF.A BF.B) announced that its Directors increased the quarterly cash dividend from $.68 to $.71 per share on Class A and Class B Common. As a result, the indicated annual cash dividend rose from $2.72 to $2.84.
 A regular quarterly cash dividend of 10 cents per share on the Preferred Stock was also voted today by the Board of Directors of Brown- Forman Corporation.
 Stockholders of record on December 6, 1993, will receive the cash dividend on January 1, 1994.
 Brown-Forman has paid regular quarterly cash dividends for 48 consecutive years.
