BROWN A GIANT PUZZLE.
NATHAN BROWN'S future as Huddersfield coach remains shrouded in mystery.
The outspoken Aussie was expected to shed some light on his plans yesterday.
But he cried off at the last minute, leaving Giants officials still unsure of his next move.
Former St George star Brown (above) is due to return home at the end of the season for family reasons, cutting short his contract by 12 months.
He has been strongly linked with an assistants' post at Sydney Roosters.
But it is rumoured Brown is re-considering his decision to quit Super League.
St Helens are ready to unveil Brown's compatriot Royce Simmons, the West Tigers assistant, as Mick Potter's replacement in 2011.
