BROTHER INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION ANNOUNCES THREE NEW VICE PRESIDENTS AS
 PART OF OVERALL RESTRUCTURING
 SOMERSET, N.J., Sept. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Hiromi Gunji, chairman, president and CEO of Brother International Corporation (BIC) has announced that, as of Oct. 1, 1992, Monica G. Lizak is named vice president, Home Appliance Division, Thomas E. DeGloma is named vice president, MIS and Operations (Tennessee), and Toshikazu (Terry) Koike is named vice president, Color Systems Group. Mr. Gunji has recently named Mark Lee Thompson, Esq. as Brother's first General Counsel.
 The Corporation has restructured its board of directors as follows:
