 PRESIDENT, KENZO SUGIURA RELOCATES TO BROTHER (JAPAN)
 SOMERSET, N.J., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Hiromi Gunji, in his role as chairman, president and CEO of Brother International Corporation, headquartered in Somerset, N.J., has announced that Kenzo Sugiura will step down as president of Brother Industries (U.S.A.), Inc., Sept. 30, 1992, and relocate to Brother Industries, Ltd. (Nagoya, Japan).
 Mr. Gunji, who is also chairman of Brother Industries (U.S.A.), Inc. stated, "Mr. Sugiura has been president of that manufacturing facility, in Bartlett, Tenn., since its inception in 1986. He has been there since we first broke ground to its present status as America's largest manufacturer of personal electronic typewriters and personal electronic word processors. He has had an enormous responsibility and has performed exceptionally. His departure leaves a huge void for in-coming president, Sam Matsumoto, to fill."
 Mr. Sugiura, a graduate of Shinshu University with a bachelors degree in electrical engineering, joined Brother Industries, Ltd. (Nagoya, Japan) in 1969. He has held managerial positions in the export department, and in 1981 Mr. Sugiura was transferred to Brother Industries Australia, where he served as head of that company. Mr. Sugiura's new assignment will take him back to Brother Industries, Ltd. (Japan) as a general manager of Home Fashion Equipment Division.
 Brother Industries (U.S.A.), Inc. is America's largest manufacturer of personal electronic typewriters and personal word processors.
 Brother International Corporation, headquartered in Somerset, N.J., distributes those products along with a complete line of automated products for home, office and industrial use. It has operations in California, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Tennessee and Texas.
