BROCK NAMES JOHNSON TO CEO POST

ATLANTA, Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Rodger Johnson has been named chief executive officer of Brock Control Systems, Inc. effective Dec. 1.
Richard Brock will continue to operate as chairman of the board.
"Although I retained the CEO title after Rodger joined Brock in 1987, he has been handling most of the traditional duties associated with the CEO position for quite some time," said Brock. "It only makes sense to transfer the title to him. This move does not reflect any changes in corporate strategy or direction at Brock or in the relationship between Rodger and myself. Based on the six years we have worked together, I have great confidence in Rodger's ability to lead the firm."
Brock's Activity Manager Series(TM) is a system solution to automate and support the areas of database marketing, telemarketing, field sales automation, order processing and customer service. The product is a mission-critical business application offering the competitive edge to companies understanding the strategic value of an automated, integrated business environment.
Recently recognized as "A Company to Watch" in the Software Magazine Top 100 June Special Issue, Brock supports the largest installed base of multi-user systems worldwide with more than 700 customers and 12,000 individual users in virtually every industry. The company provides an integrated family of software products offering "closed-loop" information management for sales, marketing and customer service in more than 15 countries using seven different languages. Headquartered in Atlanta, Brock has offices in Los Angeles and affiliate offices in Australia, Belgium, Canada, England, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Scotland and Sweden.
