BROCK EXPLORATION REQUESTS WITHDRAWAL FROM PACIFIC EXCHANGE STOCK; WILL CONTINUE TRADING ON AMERICAN EXCHANGE

 NEW ORLEANS, Jan. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Brock Exploration Corporation (AMEX: BKE) today announced that it has filed an application with the Securities and Exchange Commission to withdraw the listing of its common stock on the Pacific Stock Exchange. Brock's application to withdraw from the Pacific Stock Exchange is subject to SEC approval. Brock's common stock will continue to trade uninterrupted on the American Stock Exchange.
 Brock Exploration Corporation, headquartered in New Orleans, is an independent domestic oil and gas company whose principal business is the acquisition of producing oil and gas properties, the development of oil and gas properties and the management of oil and gas limited partnerships for public investors through a wholly owned subsidiary. Currently, the company owns and operates approximately 700 oil and gas properties located throughout Arkansas, California, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming.
