BROCK EXPLORATION CORPORATION LISTS ON THE AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE

 NEW YORK, June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Brock Exploration Corporation, headquartered in New Orleans, today commenced trading on the American Stock Exchange. The Company's common stock, trading under the ticker symbol "BKE", opened at 10:00 a.m. at 3 5/8 on 100 shares. J. Streicher & Co. was chosen as the company's specialist firm.
 Brock Exploration Corporation, headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana, is an independent domestic oil and gas company whose principal business is the acquisition of producing oil and gas properties, the development of oil and gas properties and the management of oil and gas limited partnerships for public investors through a wholly owned subsidiary. Currently, the company owns and operates 793 oil and gas properties located throughout Arkansas, California, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming.
 For the year ended March 31, 1993, Brock Exploration Corporation had unaudited revenues of $10,864,000, as compared to $9,852,000 reported in fiscal 1992. Unaudited net earnings for fiscal 1993 was $684,000, or $0.18 per share as compared to $243,000 or $0.06 per share reported in the prior year end.
