BROCK CONTROL SYSTEMS APPOINTS VICE PRESIDENT-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

ATLANTA, Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Brock Control Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: BROC) has named Jonathan M. Harding to the position of vice president-Professional Services.
In this capacity, Harding is responsible for overseeing the activities of Brock's Professional Services Organization and Training departments. He

reports directly to Tony Palermo, who has been promoted to the position of executive vice president and chief operating officer.
Harding has extensive experience in the area of professional services and has held management positions with several high-tech firms over the last 18 years. He joins Brock from KnowledgeWare, Inc., where, as vice president-Professional Services, he directed a 120 percent increase in professional services revenue over the past year. Prior to that, he held various management positions at Computer Task Group, Inc. Harding began his professional career with UNISYS and received his bachelor of science in economics from the State University of New York, Brockport.
"Harding's appointment signifies Brock's continued commitment to providing high-level service to our customer base," said Brock President and Chief Executive Officer, Rodger L. Johnson. "Professional Services has become the fastest growing segment of Brock's business and, as a result, demands full-time executive level management, separate from Brock's Customer Support Department. This restructuring will allow Brock to maintain a strong operational focus, while at the same time, give us the chance to devote more time to our corporate strategies and growth plans," said Johnson.
Brock has licensed its products to more than 800 clients worldwide with 18,000 users and has been recognized as A Company To Watch in the Software Magazine Top 100 Special Issue for the second consecutive year. The company develops, markets and supports an integrated family of software products offering "closed-loop" information management for sales, marketing and customer service in more than 15 countries using seven different languages. Headquartered in Atlanta, Brock has a network of distributors located in Australia, Belgium, England, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand and Sweden.
