 BROAD INC. ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND ON $1.11 DEPOSITARY SHARES
 LOS ANGELES, March 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Directors of Broad Inc. (NYSE: BRO) have declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.2775 per share of its $1.11 Depositary Shares each representing one- fifth of a share of Series A Mandatory Conversion Premium Dividend Preferred Stock. Cash dividends are payable on April 15, 1992 to shareholders of record April 8, 1992.
 Broad Inc. is the parent company of SunAmerica Corp., a financial services group with $13.5 billion of assets owned or under management.
