 BRITISH AEROSPACE, INC., ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES
 WASHINGTON, May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of a reorganizational


plan, with the intention of improving British Aerospace, Inc.'s marketing, sales and customer support services, Russell L. Ray, executive vice president, Airline Programs, has announced a series of appointments in the Airline Programs Group. These appointments are effective June 1, 1992, reporting directly to Russ Ray.
 Michael C. Heinl, vice president, Sales Finance
 -- Joined British Aerospace, Inc., in June 1982 and has led the Sales Finance Department since June 1986.
 Alan R. Hughes, vice president, Sales, North America
 -- Joined British Aerospace, Inc., in July 1983 and has served in similar marketing positions for the past nine years.
 Anthony Kioussis, vice president, Sales, Remarketing
 -- Joined British Aerospace, Inc., in April 1983 and has been in charge of Used Aircraft since 1988.
 William R. Lange, vice president, Jetstream Programs
 -- Joins British Aerospace, Inc., from his most recent position as president of Pan Am Express.
 J.A.P. (Pieter) Montyn, vice president, Sales, Latin America
 -- After serving in several overseas positions for BAe plc, he was appointed in January 1991 to lead the company's marketing efforts in Latin America.
 T. Dewi Rowlands, vice president, Customer Support
 -- Rejoins British Aerospace, Inc., after a sales and marketing assignment in the United Kingdom with the parent company.
 Alan D. Stiley, vice president, Marketing
 -- Joined British Aerospace, Inc., in September 1989 as head of the Technical Sales Department.
 David Tomkins, vice president, Contracts
 -- Joined one of the predecessor companies of British Aerospace, Inc., in 1975, and has headed up the commercial department since January 1981.
