BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS

 NEW YORK and San Diego, Aug. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Bristol-Myers Squibb Company and American Healthcare Systems (AmHS) today announced the signing of a five-year agreement which will significantly expand AmHS member health care system purchases of Bristol-Myers Squibb's pharmaceutical, nutritional and medical device products.
 The agreement includes a full range of products from Bristol-Myers Squibb's U.S. Pharmaceutical Group, Mead Johnson Nutritionals, Zimmer, ConvaTec, Linvatec and Xomed-Treace divisions. It incorporates pharmaceuticals and diagnostic agents; infant formulas and enteral nutritionals; orthopaedic products; open and closed surgical products as well as ostomy products.
