Military historian, spouse

of U.S. soldier to speak

Dr. Gary Rhea, a military historian who chronicles the service of World War II and Korean War veterans, and Darcy Woodke, the spouse of a deployed soldier from the Oregon National Guard's 2nd Battalion, 162nd Infantry, are the featured speakers at the Military Officer's Association Emerald Empire chapter meeting at noon Wednesday.

The meeting will take place at the Veterans Memorial Building, 1626 Willamette St. For information, call 688-6069.
