BOTH Announces Key Contractor Agreements.

Saint Petersburg, FL, May 13, 2010 --( BOTH USA ( announced today that it has entered into service agreements with individual purveyors of talent -- Businesses of One -- as part of their operational structure. These service agreements reside in key roles within the BOTH (Back Of The House) organization as follows:

Joe Aschenbrenner LLC has entered into a services agreement with BOTH Sales and Support USA, LLC to provide I.T. Development and Support Services.

Mary Priolo LLC has entered into a services agreement with BOTH Sales and Support USA, LLC to provide Accounting and Financial Reporting Support and Services, and Personal Advisor services to BOTH clients.

Mick Constantinou LLC has entered into a services agreement with BOTH Sales and Support USA, LLC to provide Business Communications and Training Support and Services.

Erik Vonk, Founder and CEO of BOTH indicates, "We are pleased to extend these service agreements as part of our operation. It has been important to our development to incorporate the business model that we believe will become the preferred, mutually beneficial model for reconnection of highly-skilled knowledge workers with work and prosperity."
