The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International

presents "The Development and Management of a Successful Medical Office Building." The seminar will be held on Oct. 21-23 at the Radisson Hotel in Indianapolis.
This year's program will present a wide range of timely curriculum: development and operations, legal considerations, tax issues, design and planning and most importantly -- a look at the future. Professionals who would benefit include: medical building owners and managers; developers; architects; lawyers; managers of HMOs, PPOs and walk-in health care facilities; marketing and leasing professionals; investors; and physicians.
Attendees will be treated to an on-site tour and overview of the Methodist Professional Center which houses over 100 physicians in more that 25 specialty areas. The center is owned by Methodist Associates, Ltd. and Indiana General Partnership, a group of 73 physician partners and the developer.
BOMA International, founded in 1907, is the oldest and largest trade association exclusively representing the office building industry. The members of its 100 local associations own or manage more than 5 billion square feet of office space in North America.
