BNP Paribas Arbitrage Issuance B.V. said it has released its financial statements for the period ending 31 August 2015. The report can be found on https://rates-globalmarkets.bnpparibas.com/gm/Public/LegalDocs.aspx .

BNP Paribas Arbitrage Issuance B.V., located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, issues securities, such as warrants, notes and certificates and enters into related OTC agreements with companies belonging to the BNP Paribas group. Most securities are issued under a guarantee of BNP Paribas S.A., Paris. The securities are privately placed or are listed on regulated or non-regulated markets of stock exchanges located in and outside the European Union.

This announcement is released pursuant to the EU transparency directive and the Dutch act on financial supervision.

BNP Paribas has a presence in 75 countries with more than 185,000 employees, including 145,000 in Europe. It ranks highly in its two core activities: retail banking & services (comprised of domestic markets and international financial services) and corporate & institutional banking. In Europe, the group has four domestic markets (Belgium, France, Italy and Luxembourg) and BNP Paribas personal finance is the leader in consumer lending. BNP Paribas is rolling out its integrated retail banking model across Mediterranean basin countries, in Turkey, in Eastern Europe and a large network in the western part of the United States.
