EVERTON L ...... 3 DURHAM L.......0 GOALS from Kelly Jones, Simone Magill and Lauren Davies - on her debut - saw Everton Ladies cruise to a 3-0 victory against Durham Ladies last night.

Andy Spence made eight changes to the side that sealed their place in the final of the FA Women's Cup on Sunday, in this Women's Continental Cup clash.

Jones curled into the top right hand corner to open the scoring six minutes before half-time.

Five minutes into the second half Everton went two goals to the good through Magill. A through-ball from Whipp found its way into Jones, whose initial effort was saved by the keeper before Magill slotted the ball into an empty net.

On the hour, Jones broke away from the half-way line to almost grab her second but goalkeeper Hill saved.

But debutant Davies curled home Everton's third into the top corner to complete the victory.
