 BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD OF FLORIDA APPEALS TO POLICY HOLDERS
 IN AREAS AFFECTED BY HURRICANE ANDREW
 JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida is appealing to its customers, physicians and hospitals throughout the areas devastated by Hurricane Andrew to contact its South Florida offices at their earliest convenience. Policy holders should call 800-955-3589. Providers should call 800-283-8268.
 Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida is open for business in South Florida, operating its Dade office at 3750 NW 87th Ave., Third Floor, Doral Plaza; its Broward office at 3303 West Commercial Blvd., Suite 110, and its Palm Beach location at 2161 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., Suite 214.
 According to Tom Albright, senior marketing executive, "Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida is concerned about the welfare of our employees, customers and providers. We're encouraging all adversely affected policy holders and providers to call and advise us about their situation. This will aid us in doing our best to help make things easier in these difficult times."
