BISNet Provides Online Enrollment and Administration Solution for Mid-Sized Market; Insurance Agencies and Brokers Select New Hosted Solution Reduce Their Client's Cost of Benefits Administration, Close New Business And Access Critical Client Data.

CONCORD, Calif. -- CONCORD, Calif., Jan. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- BISNet Inc., an emerging provider of technology solutions for the $21 billion employee benefits services industry, today announced the availability of their Agency Client Management System (ACMS), a hosted service that enables insurance agencies and brokers to provide benefits management and employee self-service to mid-sized companies. In a separate announcement today, BISNet signed a major Southern California Insurance Broker to the ACMS system.

Using the BISNet ACMS, agencies and brokers can significantly reduce the painful paper and labor-intensive processes of enrollment and administration, and reduce to 2 weeks what has traditionally taken 60-90-days to implement. Enrollment, eligibility management and billing and reconciliation are automated and enable employee self-service, electronic data interchange to carriers and complete premium billing, reconciliation & reporting, supporting significant efficiencies and financial savings.

Tailored to meet the needs of companies with 51 -- 500 employees, ACMS makes use of Online Employee Benefits System (OEBS), BISNet's flagship service that has been successfully used by companies with over 500 to 5,000 employees for more than five years.

In addition to offering the full functionality of the OEBS enrollment and administration system, ACMS also provides insurance agencies and brokers serving mid-sized companies with access to accurate, up to date census and benefit data in a single database. With the ACMS platform, insurance agencies and brokers can deliver an extremely robust solution to an increasingly demanding market segment at a cost effective price point.

"Several insurance agencies representing approximately 60,000 employees are already using our ACMS service and realizing a significant competitive advantage," said Bill Wheeler, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at BISNet. "Our clients have looked at other solutions and chosen BISNet for it's comprehensive functionality, scalability and delivering what we say we will. Because ACMS uses existing BISNet technology that has been available for several years, it provides insurance agencies and brokers with a proven solution that is tailored to meet their business needs."
