BISE announces position holders of Inter exams.

LAHORE -- The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Lahore, on Tuesday announced the names of position holders of intermediate annual examination 2019.

BISE Chairman Muhammad Ismail made the announcement during a press conference on Tuesday.

Ali Raza Rana stood overall first by securing 1,055 marks, Talha Akhtar got second by obtaining 1,052 marks and Zain Tariq stood third by getting 1,051 marks. All the overall top three position holders belong to the same campus of Punjab College of Science 151-Ferozepur Road.

In pre-medical group (boys), Ali Raza Rana of the Punjab College of Science 151-Ferozepur Road stood first, Zain Tariq of the same college secured second and Muhammad Umair Ashraf and Talha Ashraf, both from the Govt College University shared the third position.

In pre-medical group (girls), Rida Fatima of the Punjab College for Women Gulberg-III and Eman Fatiman of the Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore, shared first position, Asra Ali and Afaf Rehman, both of the Kinnaird College for Women Lahore shared second and Zainab and Nabhiha Arshad, both of Punjab College for Women Gulberg-III shared third position.

In pre-engineering group (boys), Talha Akhtar of the Punjab College of Science 151-Ferozepur Road stood first, Muhammad Hamza Khalid of the GCU secured second and Sharique Imam of Punjab College of Science got third position.

In pre-engineering group (girls), Ayesha Khalid of Punjab College for Women Gulberg-III stood first, Fizza Ahsan of KIPS Intermediate Girls College, Johar Town, got second and Faria Faheem of the Punjab College for Women Gulberg-III got third position.

In general science group (boys), Sohaib Javaid of the Govt College University got first position, Atif Iqbal Butt of Punjab College of Information Technology, Muslim Town, secured second and Syed Sammar Abbas of the GCU obtained third position.

In general science group (girls), Aimen Khalid of the Govt Kinnaird College for Women got first, Saliha Qaiser of Punjab College for Women Gulberg-III secured second and Fizah Ikram Malik and Bakhtawar, both of Punjab College for Women Gulberg-III had shared third position.

In commerce group (boys), Hamza Najam of the Punjab College of Commerce Muslim Town stood first, Muhammad Talha Baloch of GCU secured second and Haroon Asghar of Punjab College of Commerce Muslim Town obtained third position.

In commerce group (girls), Hafsa Nasir and Fehreen Munawar shared first position, Rida Asad secured second and Alina Khan got third position. All the position holders of the commerce group (girls) belonged to same campus of Punjab College for Women Gulberg-III.

In humanities group (boys), Hamd Arshad stood first, Mir Ahmad Murtiza got second and Shah Zaman Shahid got third position. All the position holders of humanities group (boys) belonged to GCU, Lahore.

In humanities group (girls), Jaweria Ashraf of Govt Ayesha Degree College for Women, Timber Market, Ravi Road, Lahore stood first, Ayesha of Allama Iqbal Public Higher Secondary School for Girls, Pakeeza Colony, Kasur got second and Rabia Ramzan of ASPIRE College for Girls, Shahdara Campus, Rachna Town, Ferozewala obtained third position.

The result will be available on BISE website today (Wednesday).
