BIODYNAMICS PREPARED TO CLOSE ON ACQUISITION

 TAMPA, Fla., April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Biodynamics International, Inc. (NASDAQ: BDYN) today reported that the financing necessary to close on the previously announced acquisition of the Wound Care Division of Pfrimmer-Viggo GmbH & Co. KG ("Wound Care") is in place and being held in escrow in a German bank. Details related to the financing will be made available after closing.
 The company further announced that it is prepared to close following clarification of certain operational matters from the Bundesgesundheitsamt ("BGA"), the German equivalent to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, which the company felt were better dealt with by the seller prior to closing.
 Biodynamics International, Inc. provides specialty surgical products to the neurosurgical, orthopedic, cardiovascular, plastic and reconstructive specialties. The company is a Florida corporation with executive offices in Tampa, Fla.
