 BILL COTTER AND PAUL EGGLETON NAMED TO NEW POSTS AT WARNER BROS.
 BURBANK, Calif., April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Bill Cotter has been named vice president, End-User Computing and Paul Eggleton has been named vice president International MIS, for Warner Bros. Inc., it was announced today by Dick Gallagher, senior vice president of Management Information Services for Warner Bros.
 Cotter, who assumes a newly created position, joined Warner Bros. in 1982 and has since held a number of positions in the finance and data processing areas. Most recently, he headed the company's overseas computer activities.
 In his new position, Cotter will be responsible for increasing the use of personal computers, electronic mail and emerging technologies among Warner Bros. staff, and improving the efficiency of departments through the use of computer technology.
 Said Gallagher, "Warner Bros. has a long history of leadership in the usage of computer technology, and Bill's new appointment reflects our intention to continue that tradition."
 Eggleton joined Warner Bros. as a consultant in 1984 to develop and install an accounting system at Warner Bros. offices in Europe and the Far East. In 1988, he was appointed director of the London-based International Project Team responsible for the installation of computer systems for the theatrical, home video, theaters and merchandising divisions in 26 countries in Europe, the Far East, Australia and Canada.
 Initially trained in accounting while working for the British government in London and the Middle East, Eggleton began his computer career more than 20 years ago in Germany.
 Gallagher said, "Paul's outstanding computer expertise, combined with an extensive international background, will serve Warner Bros. well as we continue to expand our international capabilities. We wish him well in this well-deserved promotion."
