BIGGEST TV blockbuster, BIG Telugu Television Awards garners 6.43 TVR on ETV Telugu.
The BIG Telugu Television Awards surged ETV Telugu's ratings with an average TVR of 6.43 among all other regional Telugu Channels and the highest rated program on ETV for that week among the TG (Source: TAM, TG: CS F 15+ ABC @ 1800-2055hrs on 26th December 2010 and an average TVR of 4.94 among TG: CS 4+Yrs across Andhra Pradesh.
The award function which held on 19th December was telecasted on ETV Telugu on 26th December, 2010 at 6.00 PM. The superlative ratings are an indication of the tremendous response and appreciation the awards received.
BIG Telugu Television Awards 2010 roped in a number of partners including Shriram City, Vodafone and Bharathi Cement to ensured maximum reach through multiple touch points by activating a special float for on-ground voting that covered IT parks, Malls, RWA's (Residential Welfare Apartments), shopping outlets, breakfast joints and hang-outs. Online promotions by BIG Digital saw a dedicated microsite where listeners casted their votes and caught on all the awards excitement, besides emailers and SMS push in the region. Outdoor & print campaign made a 360 degree plan around BTTA.
