BIEK announces enrolment schedule for HSC-I annual Exams-2017.
KARACHI -- The Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi (BIEK) has announced the schedule for submission of student's enrolment form of affiliated institutions for the HSC part-I, Annual Examination-2017.
The enrolment forms can be obtained from store of the Board (faculty wise) at Rs 35 per form, said a statement on Monday.
The enrolment forms completed in all respect duly filled in by the candidates concerned along with photostat of marks sheet of SSC examination.It can be deposited in the board office along with prescribed enrolment fee Rs 750 per candidate in shape of consolidated pay order drawn in favor of the Secretary BIEK with complete list of Students in quadruplicate (four copies) admitted in first year classes.
One copy of the list must also be submitted in the enrolment section at the time of the submission of enrolment forms in the accounts section.
The enrolment forms can be submitted in the affiliated institutions from September 26 to October 25.
The enrolment forms will be received in the Board Office (after getting checked from room no 53 enrolment section) along with consolidated pay order duly prepared on or before October 26.
No enrolment form/fee will be acceptable after October 25 under any circumstances.
List of the provisionally admitted students (if any) as permissible under the rules, should compulsorily be sent to the Board, clearly stating the reasons of allowing their provisional admission. The enrolment forms should immediately be sent to the Board.
The enrolment forms must be forwarded to the BIEK with the correct name and stamp of affiliated institutions as per certificate of affiliation/renewal of affiliation issued to the institution.
In case of incorrect name, stamp of institution or any other information submitted by the affiliated institutions, the enrolment forms of such institutions are liable to be rejected.
