BIDDERS FACE OFF AT WORLD'S LARGEST REAL ESTATE AUCTION, AUG. 13
 Kennedy-Wilson/Jones Lang Wootton Commercial Auction
 Expected to Set Values for Many U.S. Markets
 More than 300 savvy buyers, each armed with a $100,000 cashier's check, will be ready to bid at the "World's Largest Real Estate Auction" tomorrow, Aug. 13, at the Century Plaza Hotel, at 11 a.m.
 Catch the excitement as bidders from across the country and throughout the world face off in what will be the largest single-day real estate auction in history. Investors will be signing sales contracts on hotels, office towers, shopping malls and resorts in 21 states valued from $1 million to $22 million.
 Auctioneer Don Kennedy, the charismatic maestro who auctioned Elvis' guitar and RTC premier commercial properties, will call the auction for Santa Monica-based Kennedy-Wilson.
 A media briefing with pre-auction information is scheduled for 10 a.m. in the Sherman Oaks Room. A press conference with principals will follow 15 minutes after the auction.
