BHS acquires Palm Beach County brokerage.

Brown Harris Stevens announce the asset purchase of Lake Worth brokerage, Manatee Cove Realty, a boutique residential brokerage focusing on central Palm Beach County, primarily in the coastal area.

Founded in 1998 by Jennifer Spitznagel, Manatee Cove Realty was located in Plaza del Mar, Manalapan, and moved to Lake Worth in 2011.

Manatee Cove Realty has 14 agents with a cumulative real estate experience of well over 100 years and approximately 40 listings.

Manatee Cove Realty will change its name to Brown Harris Stevens. The agents will continue to provide the client service for which Manatee Cove Realty is respected, with the added benefit of enhanced marketing and the support of a network in New York City, the Hamptons, Palm Beach and Miami.

"The vibrant South Florida market is an ideal site for our expansion," stated Ava Van de Water Executive Vice President of Brown Harris Stevens. "Manatee Cove Realty's agents possess unsurpassed knowledge of the market."
