 BET NEWS SPECIAL 'BLACK MEN SPEAK: THE AFTERMATH' TO AIR MAY 7
 WASHINGTON, May 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Black Entertainment Television (BET) will present a live, two-hour news special from Los Angeles, "Black Men Speak: The Aftermath," on Thursday, May 7, at 11 p.m. EDT.
 The program, hosted by "BET News" anchor Ed Gordon, will present the views, feelings and opinions of a group of black men -- a group whose views are rarely, if ever, presented by the mainstream media. Their opinions will be presented uncensored, unopposed and unedited, broadcast live as it happens from the BET studio in Los Angeles.
 BET is the nation's first and only cable television network providing a platform for quality programming targeted toward an African-American audience. BET presents the best in entertainment, music videos, news, public affairs, jazz, specials, off-network sitcoms, gospel and college sports. BET, part-owned by Tele- Communications, Inc.
