BET Holdings, Inc. to Open Fine Dining Jazz Restaurant At the Paris Las Vegas Casino and Resort in Las Vegas.

Tres Jazz Restaurant Scheduled to Open September 1, 1999

The style and distinction of new world Caribbean cuisine and jazz music will come to Las Vegas, NV on September 1, 1999 as Tres Jazz opens at the new Paris Las Vegas Casino and Resort.

Robert L. Johnson, Chairman and CEO of BET Holdings, Inc., and Paul V. Pusateri, president of Paris Las Vegas/Bally's, announced plans today to open a new fine dining restaurant featuring live jazz in a stylish art deco setting. Tres Jazz marks the fourth restaurant and entertainment venue that BET Holdings, Inc. has established since 1997.

Tres Jazz will create a unique dining experience offering the finest new world Caribbean cuisine with exciting jazz performances unmatched anywhere in Las Vegas," said Robert L. Located in the crossover between Paris Las Vegas and Bally's Las Vegas, the Tres Jazz restaurant will offer an enticing menu featuring New World Caribbean Cuisine and distinctive Continental fare. "With the superb menu offered by Cindy Hutson, we look at this venture with BET as a sure bet, bringing an unparalleled dining and entertainment experience to Las Vegas."

The menu of Tres Jazz is designed by renowned Miami chef and restaurateur, Cindy she refers to as "edible art."
