THE THREE DAY NANNY Channel 4, 8.00pm Kathryn Mewes is back, and in the first of a new series she heads for Northamptonshire where the Scott family are at their wits' end. Two-year-old Freddie and three-year-old Bobbie pinch, punch, kick or bite anyone they meet, and parents Chris and Becky are desperate to stop them. It's obvious that things are going to have to change for the sake of their family, and their loved ones as this is some of the most extreme behaviour Kathryn has seen.

SAVING LIVES AT SEA BBC1, 9.00pm In Cornwall, 18-year-old Shaunna is following in her grandfather's footsteps. After a successful first rescue of a teenage holiday maker, she hopes to become Newquay's first helmswoman. Meanwhile, on the West Coast of Scotland, the remote fishing village of Oban also has a new 18-year-old recruit, Andrew.

LONG LOST FAMILY ITV, 9.00pm Fifty-year-old Deborah Ozturk has spent years longing to find her birth mother and thank her for the sacrifice she made when she gave her up as a baby.

Meanwhile, 74-year-old Ray Jones realised as an adult that there was a void in his life, after he was separated from his mother and younger brother at the age of two.
