BEST HOME-GROWN LAUGHS.

Stella (Sky1, Friday, 9pm) * COMEDIC genius Ruth Jones probably thought she'd never hear the end of Gavin and Stacey - and she would probably be right. Of course, the amount of praise she gets for one of the Beeb's most successful sitcoms can hardly be a bad thing in the strictest of terms, but it does mean that the poor lass has her work cut out in bettering it.
