Ottolenghi's Mediterranean Feast (More4, tomorrow, 9pm) | OKAY so we don't really need any more culinary programmes hogging the schedules - it's a big enough head-scratcher trying to choose between the crop of TV chefs already on offer. However, you will probably join us in making an exception for this particular one - even if it is only because Yotam Ottolenghi, pictured left, is getting us out and about to various idyllic destinations. First up in his exploration of the Mediterranean's cuisine, the chef heads to Marrakech, Morocco, where he learns about the city's spice markets and unique street food and dines at Jemaa El Fna square, before returning to his rooftop kitchen to prepare barbecued leg of lamb with almonds and orange blossom sauce.
