Red Bank Vintage Dry is amber in colour and is flat, as traditional cider is supposed to be so pours with no head.

The aroma is of musty apples and a slight farmyard tinge, the yeast that ferments apple juice into cider gives the distinctive aroma.

Very dry, tannic flavour, characteristic of traditional cider apples such as Foxwhelp. Longlasting dry mouthfeel. Maybe a bit too dry for some people but other sweeter ciders are available on the cider bar at the Festival.
