BDI won't submit their list of candidates.

BDI and SDSM party representatives confirmed that their parties won't submit the list of candidates for the early parliamentary elections scheduled for June 5th. BDI spokesperson Bujar Osmani confirmed that his party won't submit the list of candidates, and so did SDSM. Tuesday at midnight was the deadline set by the State Electoral Commission for submitting the list of candidates, and SEC announced that no other list of candidates were submitted, even if People's Movement of Macedonia announced it will participate on the elections.

Pursuant the period of time for realization of electoral activities for the early parliamentary elections, Wednesday at midnight was the deadline for submitting the list of candidates for MPs in the Assembly. After lists are submitted, SEC will have 48 hours to confirm whether and which lists met the deadline. (end)
