BCS introduces new editions of ITIL titles.
BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, announced on Tuesday that it has published the second editions of two textbooks, with updated information for service management and support candidates who are working towards ITIL Service Management qualifications.
BCS said the two titles - IT Service Management: A Guide For ITIL Foundation Exam Candidates; and IT Service Management Foundation Practice Questions For ITIL Foundation Exam Candidates - have been prepared by eminent professionals in the service management field and contain comprehensive information and practice questions to support IT professionals undertaking the ITIL Service Management Foundation Certificate examination.
IT Service Management: A Guide For ITIL Foundation Exam Candidates 2nd edition, by Dr Ernest Brewster, Richard Griffiths, Aidan Lawes and John Sansbury, is priced at GBP19.99, EUR23.99 or USD33.99 for paperback or electronic versions.
IT Service Management Foundation Practice Questions For ITIL Foundation Exam Candidates 2nd edition by Tony Gannon, Nigel Mear and Steve Mann (editor) is available in the same formats for the same price.
