RICHMOND HILL, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 26, 2004

BCS Global Networks Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BGN) (www.bcsglobal.com), (the "Company") - Mr. Michael Kedar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BCS Global Networks Inc. announces that the Company has formed an Executive Committee comprised of Messrs. George Ecker of Montreal, Quebec and Tom Williams of Vancouver, British Columbia. The Committee has agreed to assist the Company in defining its strategic direction to position BCS Global for continued growth in the telecommunications and videoconferencing marketplace. The Committee's mandate encompasses all of the Company's operations and management. In keeping with more rigorous standards regarding corporate governance, the Company has also determined that it is desirable for the Company's Board of Directors to be separate from day-to-day management. As such Mr. Ian Sutcliffe and Mr. Monty Richardson have agreed to step down as directors effective immediately.

In a joint statement, Messrs Ecker and Williams said, "BCS has been growing its annual recurring revenues from its videoconferencing service at an impressive rate. Annualized recurring revenues exceed $1.7m and we expect continued growth from this business. Despite the Company's market validation and growing revenues, we believe shareholder value could be significantly increased. We look forward to serving the board and the shareholders of BCS by seeking to ensure the Company's full potential is realized. As part of our commitment to the board and to shareholders, we will seek to issue a press release within the next 30 to 45 days on our progress."

George Ecker is President of Channel Financial Group, ("Channel") located in Montreal, Quebec. Channel is an international financial services firm specializing in hedge fund management and corporate finance (see www.channelfg.com).

Tom Williams is the Principal of Mercer Street Capital. Tom has over a decade of experience in building, investing and advising knowledge industry companies. He helped pioneer the interactive music industry for Apple Computer. He has served as an advisor and strategist for News Corp, Intel and other leading Fortune 500 companies, was the co-founder and interim co-ceo of Miavita, a leading online health and wellness company and served as an analyst for Mike Milken and Larry Elison's venture company, Knowledge Universe.
