 BARR AND FDA MEET WITH DISTRICT COURT JUDGE WOLIN
 POMONA, N.Y., Aug. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Lawyers for Barr Laboratories,


Inc. (AMEX: BRL) and the FDA met today with Federal Court Judge Alfred Wolin.
 Wolin set Monday, Aug. 17 as the date he will begin hearing FDA's motion for a preliminary injunction. The hearing is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. in the Federal Court House, Newark, N.J.
