BARBRA'S CASTLE!; pounds 10m wedding gift for movie queen.
He's bought her a sprawling mountain-top love nest.
And even though the singing and acting star is ten times richer than her finace, she's said to be thrilled by it.
The seven-acre estate near San Diego, California, has stunning ocean views.
One pal of the couple said: "It's like a palace for his Queen Babs!"
Brolin insisted on buying the house as their marital home and Steisand is settling into the castle, called Encelia Estate, like any excited homemaker.
The impressive spread runs to 13,626 square feet and includes seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
There are six cottages for guests, a pool, tennis court, sumptuous lawns and lots of trees for privacy.
Streisand, 55, has already been spotted shopping in the antique shops in San Diego's exclusive Girard Avenue.
Brolin, 57, best-known as star of The Amityville Horror, says marriage is just around the corner.
But he's staying strictly silent about the date for the big day.
"We're looking for a sign that this is the right day - something romantic," he said.
"Barbra eloped the last time. I'd like to make her a proud bride this time."
The mansion is close to where Brolin is making his new TV series, Pensacola, Wings of Gold.
