BAOA INC. SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH ONE OF THE TOP SECURED CREDIT CARD ISSUERS

SAN DIEGO, Feb. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- BAOA Inc. (OTC BULLETIN BOARD: BAOA) announced today the signed completion of an agreement with one of the top ranked issuers of secured credit cards, Orchard Federal Savings Bank and Renaissance Bankcard Services.

A series of credit cards will make use of the BAOA logo under license for the marketing of the credit cards to 34 million Black Americans, 70 percent of whom do not currently hold a credit card. Consumer spending by Black Americans is estimated at $390 billion per year and growing. This affinity card will be the first to recognize the positive achievements of Black Americans. The secured credit cards may ultimately become unsecured credit cards.

The company anticipates substantial licensing revenues from the cards, of which a portion has been earmarked for the BAOA Foundation which will support educational programs for the Black community nationwide. The card program includes the future release of a series of secured and affinity credit cards. The marketing program is being actively supported by a comprehensive community, church and college based network that will aid the introduction of the BAOA credit cards and teach personal financial management throughout the United States.

Emily Gunter, renowned educational author, has been named Interim President by the board of directors. Gunter stated, "We are extremely excited to begin working with Orchard Bank and Renaissance Bankcard Services, our first licensee. The agreement offers BAOA the exceptional opportunity to give educational and economic empowerment to the Black community. This credit card program is the initial step in the strategic direction the management team is taking to become a major force in the global ethnic marketplace."

BAOA Inc. is an innovative retail product development and marketing company which released Black Americans of Achievement, "The Game" in early 1994. The Game has been endorsed by Burger King Corp. and Grolier Books, other Fortune 500 sponsors, celebrities and educators throughout the nation. The game is available at selected fine retail stores including Wal*Mart, Toys-R-Us, Target, Spiegel and F.W. Woolworth. The Game is currently being hosted nationally by 100 Black Men of America and regionally by the National Council of Negro Women. A special event, Black Americans of Achievement, The Game Tournament, will be held Feb. 21 at Epcot Center, Disney World.
