NEW YORK, April 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The New York branch of Bank Brussels Lambert announced today that Erik Dralans, general manager of its affiliations department in Brussels, had been named as the general manager of BBL's New York branch replacing G. Allen Geyer, who had resigned.
