BANDO McGLOCKLIN INCREASES REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

 BROOKFIELD, Wis., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- George R. Schonath, chairman and chief executive officer of Bando McGlocklin Capital Corporation (NASDAQ-NMS: BMCC), today announced that the company's Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend equal to 24 cents per share payable on Nov. 15 to shareholders of record on Nov. 5, 1993, the company's first increase in its regular quarterly cash dividend since Jan. 31, 1990. The previous regular quarterly cash dividend was 22 cents per share.
 Founded in 1980, Bando McGlocklin Capital Corporation and its subsidiary, Bando McGlocklin Small Business Investment Corporation, provide long-term secured loans to finance the growth, expansion and modernization of small businesses in Wisconsin and the Midwest.
