 BANCOKLAHOMA CORP. REORGANIZATION RESULTS IN NEW BANK SUBSIDIARY
 TULSA, Okla., Dec. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- BOK Financial Corp. today announced BancOklahoma Corp., the former holding company of Bank of Oklahoma, has completed a reorganization plan and is now a subsidiary of the bank. All liabilities of BancOklahoma Corp. have been discharged, and previously outstanding BancOklahoma Corp. common stock has been canceled.
 BOK Financial Corp. is the holding company of Bank of Oklahoma, which now has three subsidiaries, BancOklahoma Mortgage Corp., BancOklahoma Trust Co. and BancOklahoma Corp.
