BALLISTIVET NO LONGER TRADED ON NASDAQ SMALL CAP SYSTEM

 MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- BallistiVet, Inc. (NASDAQ: BVET), announced today that, effective Wednesday, Sept. 8, its common stock no longer will be traded on the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System (NASDAQ) because it does not meet the NASD's small-cap listing criterion of $2 million in total assets. The company's common stock will continue to trade on the local over-the-counter market.
 BallistiVet is a Minnesota-based company that manufactures and markets products for the cattle health market. The company's patented ballistic vaccine delivery system, which replaces traditional needle and syringe methods, allows inoculation of animals, without restraint, from ranges of up to 20 feet using an air-powered rifle.
