 BALLISTIC RECOVERY SYSTEMS DELISTED FROM NASDAQ
 MINNEAPOLIS, May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Ballistic Recovery Systems, Inc.


announced that it has been informed by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) that the company does not currently meet the minimum maintenance requirements needed to be traded on the NASDAQ system. The company's request for exemption from the new minimum requirements was denied.
 Although the NASD acknowledged that BRS presented potentially viable options for obtaining minimum maintenance requirements, continued listing on NASDAQ will be delayed until those requirements are met.
 Management noted that it is currently seeking listing in other markets, including the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board.
 BRS designs, manufactures and markets rocket-powered parachute systems worldwide. The company specializes in emergency parachute systems intended to save the lives of pilots and passengers as well as aircraft.
