 LOS ANGELES, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- The international law firm of Baker & McKenzie announces the election of Terrence M. King and Sheryl E. Stein, both partners in its Los Angeles office, to the firm's international/income partnership rank.
 King practices in the area of general business litigation. He has substantial experience litigating a broad spectrum of business disputes, including insurance coverage litigation, attorney and accountant malpractice litigation, construction litigation, and other types of commercial litigation. King is a member of the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He earned a bachelor's degree with highest honors from California State University at Dominguez Hills in 1978 and a juris doctor cum laude from Loyola University of Los Angeles School of Law in 1983.
 Stein practices in corporate and commercial transactions, real estate and employment matters and is a key member of the office's Japan Practice Group. She has represented clients in real estate, asset and stock acquisitions, joint ventures and the establishment of dealer and distributor networks. Stein also has represented clients in negotiating employment agreements, the preparation of employee handbooks, and employment terminations. She is a member of the State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar Association and Women Lawyers Association. She earned a bachelor's degree cum laude from the University of Miami in 1974 and a juris doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 1978.
