BABY-FACED KILLER; 17-year-old stamped man to death after row over cigarette.

THIS is the baby-faced murderer who kicked and stamped an asylum seeker to death.

Finally unmasked after a judge lifted reporting restrictions, we can reveal the identity of 17-year-old killer Andrew Spence for the first time.

He launched the attack on victim Alioune Cisse in Newcastle's West End after a petty row over a cigarette.

A 13-year-old accomplice joined in the attack not even knowing what the argument was about. Spence was jailed for life and the 13-year-old, convicted of manslaughter, was locked up for five years.

Judge John Milford said: "Neither of you have demonstrated a shred of genuine remorse."

After the fatal attack Spence returned to the scene, where Mr Cisse lay dying, to collect a hat.

He spat on him, kicked him again, snarling "next time I will kill you."
