BABCOCK & WILCOX INTERNATIONAL SELECTS FRITZ COMPANIES AS PRIMARY INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDER

 SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Babcock & Wilcox International (BWI) of Cambridge, Ontario, has selected Fritz Cos. Inc. (NASDAQ: FRTZ) to manage their international freight forwarding requirements including imports of raw materials, export of service parts and projects logistics. Using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), global data networks and state-of-the-art systems of both firms, Fritz Cos. and Babcock & Wilcox will develop joint systems for a worldwide, fully integrated, logistics Transportation Management Program.
 Babcock & Wilcox International, an operating unit of McDermott International Inc., is a worldwide manufacturing, engineering and project management company and is one of the leaders in power generating and environmental products supplying 125 years of steam generating technology to the world energy market. Fritz Cos., through its extensive worldwide network of offices, will support BWI on projects in Indonesia, Taiwan, Russia and the United Kingdom.
 According to Ed Bourgeois, manager of transportation for Babcock & Wilcox International, Fritz Cos. was selected because they have "the necessary infrastructure and business culture that match our current core business and future requirements."
